Doesn't look like a new designed wheelset at all, they look identical to the LEW wheelset, still made of carbon-boron, still the same 3 flange hub etc. New stickers though. Reynolds has also introduced a "new" carbon-boron clincher wheelset with the same special thick patented flanges as the LEW clinchers.
