Before you can enter to race with us, you’ll need to become a member of Mablethorpe Sandracing and choose your rider number. Each rider will have their own individual rider number to race with. Your membership and rider number will not only be for these two race meetings in March, but also for the 2022/23 season next winter.

Mablethorpe Sand Racing Club having been competing on the Lincolnshire beach for nearly 30 years. They race every other Sunday from late-October to March. The race entry fee funds public liability insurance and the public turn up in the hundreds to view the spectacle. Not even adverse weather prevents a great turn out.

The racing takes place on the main beach in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire, just North of Skegness. The races are held on a large oval track, approximately ½ mile in length. The club offers lots of different classes you can race in, including the popular motocross classes.

Dates for 2022-23. Tide predictions vary with atmospherics. Competitors must be on time as some of the tides are very early. Precise times cannot be predicted due to weather and beach conditions. Racing will start about one and half hours after rider sign in times, depending on wind and tide, finish time unknown.
