Emergency services were called to the park, on Aerodrome Rd, Mallala, after reports of a crash about 2pm on Saturday. An SA Ambulance spokesman said the MedSTAR helicopter was sent to the park to fly the injured man, 53, to the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
