I wasn't too impressed with two sets of Fulcrum Racing 5.5 which is a Cervelo-specific mix of Fulcrum Racing 5 and 7. The hubs on one set are noisy, maybe broken and the flanges aren't very smooth out of the box. I also own Fulcrum Racing 3, they are fine and of noticeably better quality. Unfortunately I don't have experience with Mavic wheels.
