From what I've seen on other forums the BC's are more robust and a higher quality with nicer welds and smoother edges (where they have edges). Also the Megans have 32 levels of dampening adjustment while BC only has 30. Personally, on my Sentra, I've had BC's and 2 other coilovers and the BC's seemed to be the best quality out of all of them.
