From what i've read it makes more sense to P&P the cast iron STi manifold... The reason being the Stainless Steel headers shed heat alot more then Iron headers, and really the heat is the energy that spools the turbo. So yea, P&P the cast iron headers and heat wrap them, don't bother with Stainless steel headers, even ceramic coated ones.

After 6 months, I am still very satisfied with the sound and the power gain. You will definitely feel the power after 3k rpm. (so strong and smooth).

Megan racing didn't send my any of the gaskets that were supposed to come with the race header, i talk to megan racing directly and they said that was weird, and that they would be more than happy to ship some out, he also said that they recommend using the oem exhaust gasket that connects to the head.
