Usually have somewhere between 10-15 different winners in a 38 race season. I cannot seem to find a solution to getting more parity when it comes to pole winners. Usually 2 or 3 guys end up winning 8, 9 or 10 poles each year. Some seasons only 5 or 6 guys might win a pole. Is there a good Ratings trick to increase the level of pole winner parity?
