Replied on August 3, 2016. NASCAR Sim Racing uses SafeDisk copy protection which MS had decided to block. This is not the only possibility but a serious contender...DRM Blocking is a major issue with Win10 and old disk based games. All disk based games that have a file titled secdrv.sys on the disk are being prevented from launching.
