He raced for many years in South Africa, and took four second places in the support races for the British Grands Prix in 2006 and 2007. "Racing Cobra ex Jack Sears car (un reg. less log book) ex Willment car" I know from discussions with Nigel Hulme that the number was not assigned to another vehicle, and as far as I know was only placed on the Coupé, so I can only assume that the logbook was surrendered after number was no longer required, it certainly never reached my dad.
