I usually trace with my eyes (no head, foot or hand movements) while watching the tv. I'll keep tracing clockwise around the outside and inside of the tv edges. Most of the time when I do this, I slightly grind my teeth, or clench my jaw, on one side, alternating sides from one corner of the room to the other as I trace.
