These are indeed ~22 lbs like they’ve advertised. The stock 19” wheels (the ones in the wheel package) in comparison are ~31-32 lbs from what I’ve read on line (haven’t gotten around to weighing them yet unfortunately). The quality of the material and painting/coating are excellent. The only issue I have with it is the OZ Racing center cap.
