It takes a serious motor to need a Jr or Funnelweb. The air gap works well to about 7400 RPM on a 302 and makes a LOT better bottom end power. On my Mustang the airgap was .3 quicker ET in the 1/8 mile but I lost .8 mph. How much more serious of a motor do you need than one whose powerband starts at 3500rpm?

Jan 27, 2010. #1. selling my polished Parker Funnel Web intake. It is for a 302. I have never personally used it, but have researched it and it surpasses air gaps and victor jr.s in performance. Its in good condition, was on a car for a season so it does have a few light scratches and very small dings, nothing at all major.

now the weird part: the Funnel Web wont fall out of a tree at the track. The car lost 3 tenths in the 1/8th and about 5mph. The plugs looks filthy rich even though the carb was tuned on the dyno for the Funnel Web. Since other people have made it work, i am stumped. maybe they were all stick cars.
