Camaro steering - Pozzi Racing

It seems the 68 and 69 camaros used different outer tie rods. All steering arms are different threads, left and right are different "handed". The 67 outer tie rod threaded shank is listed as aprox a half inch shorter than a 68/69 part. TOP- 67 PS long pitman arm fast ratio 5.8 . GM#3908391.

BEFORE 4/2/2002 Here are some photos of Mary Pozzi's 73RS camaro project. She is doing a lot of the work on it herself. The car is pretty sound and will recieve Baer brakes, Hotchkis suspension, AGR steering box, Vintage Wheels 17", Carrerra Seats.Her Goals are great handling, braking, and mid 400 hp.

Owned by Herb Adams, this is competing at the SCCA Solo II Nationals at Salina, KS 1983. In 1983 I drove my first third gen F body. It was owned by Herb Adams and was known as the "SHOOTOUT" car. Hot Rod magazine held a contest between a Guldstrand tuned Camaro, Herb Adams tuned Firebird, and a Maier Racing Mustang.
