As you all might know, jackson racing makes a supercharger for the fifth gen lude. What im wondering is, is the $2,895 supercharger really worth it? It supposedly gives you 235whp and 200ft.lbs of torque. Couldnt a turbo kit give you way better numbers for less money?

Only show this user. On a stock lude (US.) with 200 HP at the crank, you will get roughly 50 HP. So that puts you at 250 crank, and thus 212 at the wheels with the JRSC. That's without a standalone. So you can estimate 25% out of the box. The HP #'s are no so impessive, but the torque curve is where it really shines.
