I've heard that the new Crank Bros Joplin 4 adjustable seatpost is much better than previous models. The Pure Racing adjustable seatpost is supposed to be pretty good to and a bit cheaper than the rest. Also, rockshox have just brought one out that should be good and I've heard Fox are releasing one soon.
