It is with pleasure that I present the Annual Report of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for the year ended 30 June 2020. During the year, one appeal was carried over from the previous reporting period, and 12 new appeals were lodged with the Tribunal. Of these, 10 were determined and three were carried over into the next financial year.
