Today, the cost of that epoxy needed to do a small block would be about $500. On the other hand, a tub of Hard Blok is about $85 for a short fill and $92 for the larger tub. Hard Blok is not quite as easy to use as the aluminum liquid epoxy, but the $400 saved to safely do the same thing is well worth the slight extra effort, in my opinion.

It won't run hot if you have a cooling system that works. Run synthetic oil if your worried about hot oil. My preferance is ROK Block block filler. Then Moroso. The Rok block is more like an epoxy, and mixes more soupy. This allows it to flow very well into all the voids all on its own, no help needed, like with the concrete sometimes needs.
