I'd say any of the new seals are good. I don't have a dyno to measure new seal drag or initial stiction from one seal to another but everything is an improvement over the old RS grey seals and older Fox stuff. That's interesting. Because all of the RB seals that come to us are leaking. Their fork kits they've simply taken friction reduction too far at the expense of sealing. Their rear shock seal designs are fundamentally flawed. All shocks need a bushing to keep the air-can in alignment and keep seals from venting if they squish sideways.

Dust is the real problem for forks, its small and if it gets past the seals it will soon end up as grinding paste. Wet mud doesn’t get past as easily. I think the surface tension of the water helps.
