A believe it's not about hardware. RR3 sound is working fine on a stock roms. The majority of people who experience this lag use CM. (or it's smartphone with mediatek CPU) So it means that the problem is in CM audio. Try using another audio engine, like boeffela sound, or acid audio engine.
