I hear that Richmond are a little on the soft side and can be a little hard to get set up correctly. My personal preference these days is Precision Gears.

from what i was told there is a ford racing motive gear and then there is the FRPP gear. the part number is different there is a m on the motive gear like below is the motive 4:10 and ford racing 4:10. also the motive gear doesnt come with the crush collar,shims, or new pinion nut. M4209G410M= Motive. M4209G410A =FRPP.
