Riverside Dragstrip was in Proctorville, Ohio. Maybe 15 miles up from Ironton, it was right on the river. We went down to the Don Garlits Hall of Fame in 2005 to see Gordon get inducted into the Hall of Fame. We got to sit at his table with him and his wife for the entire evening. He said he didn't save anything from back in those days.
