Ruapuna Park – currently known as Mike Pero Motorsport Park for commercial reasons – is one of the few club-owned and operated tracks left in New Zealand, with racing held in one form or another since the 1960s. The track is owned and operated by the Canterbury Car Club Inc on land which is leased from the Christchurch City Council.

The track surface is hot mix bitumen and runs for 3.33km in an anti-clockwise direction. MyLaps timing is installed, a Control Tower and full Club and Media Suites. Permanent race fuel installation is available 5 days per week by prior arrangement and electric power points are also available upon request.
