My experience with the Seben-Racing customer service was also horrible. Tried to get the servo replaced and they asked for a picture of the car. I had done some minor changes already so they stuck with "you've modified the car so no warranty". They didn't even want to take a look at the servo, said don't bother to send it.

I came across Seben cars when i was looking at getting anew rc car and liked them so much i decided to become a reseller. The build quality of these cars is probably the highest in the world. I think the cars look great too. Attached are some photos of their current offerings.
