and a foam core wing. 428 uses any racing engine, any APC nylon or wood prop made for 40 class racing and can use any style of Quickie airframe; differences; 10 laps in 424 around 1:45 ~ 2:05min. and 428 around 1:04 ~ 1:15min. That is pretty quick for 2.5 miles! We had a decent turnout of pilots with 20-428 and 4-424 class each day.

The race in May (2-3) is a combo quickee and Q40 race. If it's the same format as the last couple of years, it's 424 (thunder tiger) Q500 and 426 (Jett .40, class specific) Q500 on Saturday, and 424 Q500 and 422 (Q40, or "quarter 40") on Sunday.
