i use a keyboard. and the "team weapon" button is set on F i press F ingame and doesnt do anything while a brother who uses a controller presses a key and switches the weapons he has the weapon switched appears under my current inventory . so how do i use it. is it just that do i press F then E at the same time? HELP

Hi there, I started to play this game with my daughter in local multiplayer mode. On gamepad, she's able to send me a weapon, but (1) I have no idea what to press to use it and (2) I am not able to send her my weapon by pressing F. I tried to redefine the keys but it seems this doesn't work for some reason. Any tips on this? Thanks a lot!
