HP Tuners tunes carry an additional $100 charge for vehicle licensing but DO NOT require you to buy a handheld. Dyno tuning is $500 for one fuel and $200 extra for an additional fuel if we do that additional fuel tuning THAT day. A retune is typically $350 plus additional cost if more then one fuel is tuned.
