The Stock Car and Banger Racetrack at St Day has received a twelve month lease from Cornwall Council to continue racing. The track has been under threat of closure for a number of years and promoters at the track had accused the previous administration at Cornwall Council of reneging on a deal to give them a new ten year lease.
