Fired Up! Reigniting My Excitement For The Tamiya …

While assembling the buiggy, I noticed that Tamiya did make their share of improvements to the 4WD racer such as dog bone driveshafts and an included electronic ESC, which saves you from burning yourself on the Hotshots’ iconic heatsinks. The kit’s notorious bump steer still exists but it’s part of the buggy’s uniqueness.

Boomerang VS Super Hotshot - Re-Release Discussions
https://www.tamiyaclub.com/forum/index.php?/topic/88684-boomerang-vs-super-hotshot/
What I liked about the Super Hot Shot: The chassis is stout. Being boxed plus overlaid with a rollcage makes it both stiffer and more durable, even in rollovers. Full bearings and a good prop shaft plus 4 shocks are nice to have right away. The steering is fool proof and never jams. The battery door is much more secure
