Cahall Racing – Ted Cahall and his SCCA Racing Brothers
Ted Cahall at VIR This “weekend” is the SCCA 2019 VIR Super Tour Majors. I used quotes as I flew in on Wednesday after getting home at 1am Monday morning from my regional MARRS 1 race. Racing weekends now start on Wednesdays! There are over 500 drivers packed into VIR as this will be the location of the 2019 SCCA Championship Runoffs.

Ted Cahall is an SCCA Club Racing enthusiast . He competes in the Spec Miata class in the Washington DC Region of the SCCA Northeastern Division . Ted completed his rookie year of SCCA Club Racing in 2009. All of his 2009 races were part of the Mid-Atlantic Road Racing Series (MARRS) in Summit Point, WV.

Ted Cahall is a member of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) and holds an SCCA Club Racing National Competition License. He plans to race in the SCCA National Championship Runoffs in 2019 at VIR. Ted has previously raced in the SCCA Club Racing National Championship Runoffs in 2010, 2011 and 2013.

Ted Cahall tentatively sets 2018 racing schedule March 17, 2018 - Ted Cahall plans on racing the MARRS series again in 2018. 2017 ended up being a very short season for Ted and his brothers Larry and Bob with only MARRS 1 under their belts. Ted also did Road Atlanta in 2017. Hopefully 2018 will be a more productive year at the track!

The team came together over the years with Ted Cahall getting his regional and national license in 2009, followed by Larry Cahall getting his licenses in 2010. In 2011, brother Bob Cahall rounded out the team by obtaining his Novice Permit at Summit Point, WV.
