The main difference is that the Terrace Club has food and beverage service included in the price of your ticket, and on the rest of the 300 level you can buy refreshments there (or bring your own). The Terrace Club is in the France Tower, which is in the center of the main stands, between the cheaper sections in the Petty and Donahue Towers.
