You can gain racing skill by simply racing. (Official/Custom) You can get Passive 10% boost to your racing skill by buying up the benefit block (1,000,000) of Torn city Motors. Track length, race end position has more effect on racing skill gains. Car type, race time has no effect on racing skill gains.

Part I. There is no instant gratification in racing, just like everything else in Torn it will take a while to master. Most or All cars by now (except the bugatti) have individually been fully upgraded to the specs of individual tracks by top racers. There has been bigger diversity of cars in best lap global records then before.

They begin practice on Saturdays from 8a-12p and the first big bike race is at 12:30pm followed by a 2nd at 2:00pm. They also have more races on Sunday with practice from 8a-9a and then big bike racing at 9:30am and 11:15am as well. TORN also has UTV races on Sunday at 10:00am and 1:00pm.
