Example, my cam is 234/244 at .050 but the "advertised" duration is 308/320. So, assuming a true 268 cam, that'd be pretty wild. Assuming you mean "advertised", it's actually pretty mild. That being the case, it sounds like your upper end may be a bit more than this cam needs. 2.02/1.60 valves are pretty much unneccesary for a cam this mild.
