    check Best Answer. We use a fluke that has Digital trace on it. No problems being plugged into a switch and we always find the other end.. :-) It is a Fluke Intellitone probe but we use it with a Linkrunner pro tester as a source. Gives different tone sounds and sound levels for noisy areas. No issues with POE being on the line either.
