This kit came off of a 2004 GSX-R 750. The kit originally was made for 01 - 04 GSX-R 1000 and we made a new plenum to fit the 750 throttle bodies. Both plenums will come with the kit. I have helped install a velocity stage 2 on a 02 gsxr 1000. I have worked on a busa with a velocity stage 3 race kit. Buddy just got a velocity stage 3 race kit and will be useing a standalone on a busa. so all my experiance has ben with velocity. I know a few guys with rcc kits and no complaints. I know velocity has done a few 07-08 gsxr 1000's.

The Velocity kit looks to be about as complete as it can be (minus the PCIII). I saw the TBR kit under another post and pricing looks to be about the same ($3200) but it will include the PCIII which would save me another $250. However, I'm not sure the TBR kit includes *ALL* the parts I'll need, down to each hose and bracket.
