Viking sprint road bike Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 May 2011 Even as a begginer cyclist i could tell that the viking is cheap and very heavy bike. You would be better off saving up £350 odd and buying a desent bike or even a second hand bike. I had problems with the pedals in the first few days and ended up selling it within a month.

Not a serious road bike. ok it will do the 80k charity ride - but doing it on that bike will probably put you off cycling for life. I would either:-Borrow a bike from someone for the charity ride increase you budget to at least £500 or look for a used bike. I really think that bike at close to £200 - is a waste of money
