I purchased a VIS Carbon Fiber hood for my 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T off of ebay: eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices. The price was $620 + $150 in shipping. I have to say it was packed very well!

The VIS GTR hood HAS functional vents. You just need to remove the cover on the bottom side of the hood/vents via a nut and RTV. I spent 2 hours with a dremmel cutting out slots in the cover and then discovered it was a cover!!! 5 mins later I had functional scoops! Note the VIS badge and the screw under the vent to secure the cover.

I did test fit it though, the fitment was actually good. It lined nice and flush with the hood and headlights, no gaps.
