The Big Red is dirt cheap and user-friendly, and if you're still unsure about tuning, I say go for it first, and get a Picco next. IMO the BR will have plenty of power. The next SH step up from the BR would be the LRP 30 btw, also worth a look, which should also be as user-friendly as the BR, Spec 3, etc.
