VW makes it, Chevy shakes it.. Summit's single stage paint is not Kirker from my understanding, but it's made by the same manufacturer. Call Summit, they'll tell you who it's made by. Summit also has a new 2 stage, base / clear, line that's not made by the same company that makes the single stage stuff.

My review of Summit racing house brand paint | The H.A.M.B.
https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/my-review-of-summit-racing-house-brand-paint.427215/
It is advertised as a single stage urethane paint system. A gallon of paint with reducer and hardenerwill put you in the ball park of a hundred bucks. (Thats not a typo!) Second. They sell all their branded components to match it. Reducers, Hardeners, fish Eye eliminator, etc... Third. They sell two versions of a house brand clear.
Summit racing paint - The BangShift.com Forums

Word on the street is that the Summit paint is Dupli-Color, which is REALLY Sherwin-Williams. I haven't sprayed any but most paint stores have a second line of products - DuPont, for example, has Nason. Our former PPG store just converted to Sikkens (they have several other brand names too) with the cheap line being Wanda.

The rest of it looks alright also especially for the price. I won't recommend PPG to anyone, and NAPA is decent for daily drivers stuff as well.
What's better Summit or TCP Global Restoration paint?
https://www.s10forum.com/threads/whats-better-summit-or-tcp-global-restoration-paint.499142/
Most likely TCP and Summit are useing something like shermin-williams or a lowwer line of one of the major brands like PPG's "shop line" to mix there colors. Not saying thats bad, but if you went to a paint supply store that sold those paints you could get the same quality of paint but have way more opptions of colors then the 50 or so that TCP and Summit offer.
