With my head against the back of the seat, it bounced all over the place from the vehicle pitching, even at highway speeds. The ride wasn't awful, but it wasn't composed either. The rear dampers were obviously overdamped. I noticed this before even getting in the car, just watching it bounce on the highway.

Comes with 2 wrenches and an 8mm allen wrench to adjust the front camber plates. All four strut tops are metal and spherical (duh), which is awesome. The rears were a bit more of a PITA than the fronts, but I went around this by first bolting them to the knuckle, and then aligning the three bolts up top. Fronts were a piece of cake.

As far as daily driving on coilovers go, one would expect/should expect that at this point, you're not caring about the ride quality. It IS bumpy, is IS sensitive to all the imperfections on the road (I live out in Utah, so it's not great). With that being said, I still recommend these to anyone who wants coilovers. At this point you can let go of the strut as it will hang freely. 8. Since the BC Racing coilver is shorter you will want to jack up the jack a few more inches to move the hub assembly closer to the bottom bolt holes on the strut. 9. Insert the 19mm camber bolt into the top hole, then repeat with the bottom 19mm bolt through the bottom hole.

The $1k price point is only enough to get you into budget coilover territory. These options don't have long lifespans, aren't particularly reliable, won't really ride well, and perform worse than struts and springs. It looks like you have a VA WRX.
