I haven't used it in probably 6 months or so and the last time that I had it out, it was working perfectly...alas, when I plug the wheel up to the AC adapter the wheel won't power on at all. However, it works just as it's supposed to with a battery pack. I want the force feedback to function though, which of course requires the AC adapter.

I believe the Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel should work on the PC if you have the Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver. That dongle enables you to use Xbox 360 controllers wirelessly on the PC. I'd imagine it's the same technology in the Racing Wheel. It worked on Windows 7, so hopefully it should work with Windows 10.

If not the next thing to try is to see if you can "induce the issue" that is to say, get the brake/reverse function into its malfunctioning "always on" state. (So in game the car brakes and then reverses.) then GENTLY fiddle with the wiring in and around the brake pedal control thingy. As you watch the brake/reverse lights on the car.
